AACOS meeting for thee board of director

The first meeting of the board of Directors of the organization with the board of trustees was held on Saturday7th January. Where the latter was represented by Dr Babiker Ahmed Al-Obaid, Taha Hamid Humaida, Emad Hassan, Adel Ahmed Al-Madani, Dr. Adel Mukhtar and Asim Ahmed Taha. The Executive Office was represented by the president of the organization Maulana Sayed Hamida and Project Manager Abdul Raouf Jaber and director of Public Relations M. Hamida Sheikh, director of the Information Office Atif Abbas

-announcing the beginning and launch of the organization’s activity in all fields, including
* Preparing the donation process to attract contributions for the second phase of the Eye Hospital project
* Printing a brochure to introduce the project to our doners and to brief them about the estimated costs required for each stage of our project
* The director of the Information Office coordinates with the visual media to find opportunities to present the organization’s projects through these channels
* It was decided to collect the subscription during this month, Laila Al-Amin, Dr. Adel Mukhtar and Emad Hassan were chosen to manage this important campaign to help cover the expenses of the organization.
* Holding of the General Assembly of the organization in Sennar during this month in order to renew the registration of the organization

Engineer Humaida Sheikh briefed the group about the water project in the name of the late Abdul Rahman Humaida in Al-Fateh village, where a well was drilled with its accessories of pumps, providing a tank and solar energy for operation, and making a special water supply for Al-Fateh school, where the opening of the project was confirmed during next February. It is worth mentioning that the cost estimated is 15 billion Sudanese pounds donated by a philanthropist.
